3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan:

• 3 recommendations per month
• 1 pet profile
• Basic nutritional scores

Premium Plan ($9.99 AUD/year):

• Unlimited recommendations and pet profiles
• Detailed insights, allergen warnings, cost comparison
• Recommendation history and priority support

5. Payment and Billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed annually in advance
• All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds available within 30 days of purchase (see Refund Policy)

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time, except within the 30-day money-back guarantee period.

Pet Food Optimizer provides nutritional information and recommendations for educational purposes only. Our Service is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
